Best of 2017 And A Recap

With the new year beginning I thought it would be a good time to  recap 2017. My second year of making cards and blogging about it. It’s definitely been an eventful one! I joined my first design team in August and now I’m in five challenge design teams (plus starting a 6th later this month!), a new release design team, and a YouTube team.

Speaking of YouTube, I also started my own YouTube channel. It’s still pretty small, and I’m learning as I go with it, but it’s a lot of fun! I also set up an Instagram account, got more serious with my Facebook page, and even finally opened my Etsy store!

I posted 287 times on the blog over the course of the year, and given I’ve made a few 10 card 1 kit posts that means I’ve easily made over 300 cards. 342, I believe. That’s a lot of cards! And actually there are some I’ve made in the last couple of weeks that aren’t even blogged yet! Below I’ve shared images of, and links to, my most popular card posts per month, as well as the top three of the year.

It’s really fascinating to me to look back and see which have been my most popular cards. A lot of them are my favourites, too! I’d love to hear which is your most favourite card of the year.

All that remains is to thank you for your support over the last year. I hope you’ll continue to enjoy what I do, and here’s to an even bigger and better 2018!

Happy New Year!

Love,

Lady Joyful

  1. My goodness, I read through your blog post and I’m completely amazed at the abundance of your creative energy! All those challenges and social media sound like a lot of computer time. You must be a whiz! I’ve been sitting here for about an hour and I think I’m done for the day. Off to the post office to mail a card overseas, then the store, and then to The Great Outdoors with the dogs. You have some lovely creations here. I remember your Santa card from a Double D challenge and it was one of my favorites. Happy new year, and keep up the good work!
