You can see how I made this card in detail in the video above. I used the Creative Expressions Sue Wilson Festive Collection 3D Fireplace Die Set as my starting point and cut it from a snippet of white card. I the ink blended the fireplace and base of the fire with Tea Dye Distress ink. I used Wild Honey and Squeezed Lemonade Oxides for the fire itself, and Altenew Ruby Red and Forest Glades for the stockings.

I created the background of my card base by ink blending the same Wild Honey and Squeezed Lemonade Oxides where the open area of the fireplace would be. I then used the Brick Pattern Large Stencil from Skull and Cross Buns and stenciled a wall area with Tea Dye Distress ink. I left the ground area unstenciled. I added a Matte Copper Peel Off from Love From Lizi along the dividing area between the wall and ground, and also along the base of the fireplace.

I stamped a sentiment from Lawn Fawn’s Merry Messages with Wild Honey to the bottom of the card base. I then used Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Glue to adhere all the elements of the card together.

This card was fun to make and I’m pleased that I was able to use the die, as it’s been unused in my stash for a while now.  I don’t expect I’ll be posting this card out though, as it’s so dimensional. I’ll likely hand-deliver it instead.
