Christmas Boxes for Cards | Love From Lizi November 2018 Card Kit

I’ve not been around on the blog much lately, and for that I apologise. Life has been a bit overwhelming at times in the last couple of months. Hopefully things will calm down in the New Year. I have still been creating though, and I wanted to quickly pop in and share these gift boxes I made. I used the template I shared in a video a couple of months ago, which you can see here.

I wasn’t sure whether I wanted to create kraft or white boxes, so I did four of each. I then used the papers and various embellishment elements from the Love From Lizi November card kit to decorate each of them. I decided to keep them relatively simple as I had quite a few to make. In fact I still need to make a couple more as well.

These boxes are a great size to use for gifting cards, which is exactly what I’m using them for. Each box fits about 7 cards, depending how embellished the cards are. If you fill the boxes with one layer cards you’ll fit more than if you choose very layered cards.

That’s it for my quick post! I’ll try to be back with something else soon. In the meantime, I hope you have a very Merry Christmas!

Love,

Lady Joyful

  1. These are adorable, and the perfect way to gift handmade cards. I’ll have to check out the template and make up a few myself since I often gift cards to my sister for her birthday, and to my friends for Christmas. Hope your life becomes more manageable in the new year because I know that feeling of trying to keep up when things are all a-whirl
