I had so much fun playing with my pigment powders for yesterday’s projects that I decided to make use of them again for this card for the Cupcake Inspirations challenge reminder. The theme is flowers with pearls or sequins. We’re also partnering with Double Trouble for this challenge, and they’ve provided a fun tic-tac-toe board … More CIC 497 | Golden Hibiscus | Flowers with Pearls/Sequins
Ready for a new Cupcake Inspirations challenge? We have a theme challenge this week, and we’re looking for cards featuring flowers with the addition of sequins or pearls. We’re also partnering with Double Trouble for this challenge, and they’ve provided a fun tic-tac-toe board to play with. You’re welcome to play along with both challenges.
Today I’m a part of the Papercrafters Unite Against Racism Blog Hop. If you’re already working your way through the hop you’ll have arrived here from Ingrid. I’m so excited to be participating in a new monthly hop. The Collected Crafty Collabs hop is all about making use of supplies that we’ve squirreled away and perhaps don’t give as much love as we should. We’ll have two themes to choose from each month, and for June those are critters and stencils. I … More Collected Crafty Collabs Hop | Oh Crab | Critters/Stencils
We have a colour challenge starting today at Cupcake Inspirations, with a lovely summery inspiration image. But don’t worry, no … More CIC 496 | Birthday Sakura | Cyan, Tangerine and Pink

I’ve been all about sharing coffee cards lately, but now that the coffee hop is over I’m going back to other things instead. This evening (a bit later than planned – thanks for your patience!) I’m sharing a bright birthday card that I painted.
This card is one of those that starts out with one idea and ends up changing track part way through. I was planning on going for spring colours, but somehow ended up looking more autumnal! In any case, this is my fifth card for the Coffee Lovers’ Blog Hop, and I decided to make a … More Congratulatory Tea | Coffee Lovers Blog Hop
We’re well into our current Cupcake Inspiration Challenge, and I’m sharing a second card (the first is here) for our reminder post. This colour challenge is pink, pale blue and mint, inspired by some floral cupcakes. A perfect combination for Spring! My second card, like my first card, is a floral birthday design.
