Playing with sketches can be a lot of fun. They’re a great jumping off point for card designs. One thing I love about them is that they can be approached in a literal or more interpretive manner, depending on how you feel at the time. Here I have done one of each.
Today I’m sharing another of the samples I made for Skull and Cross Buns‘ Hochanda show that was at the beginning of September. This one is a love themed card perfect for Valentine’s or an anniversary.
It’s not often that I create a stamping-only card, but this is one of them. I used stamps from Skull and Cross Buns and kept it really simple with just black ink for this abstract design.
