I’ve not been around much recently due to some health issues. I managed to find some of my crafting mojo again to create this card for the new challenge at The Male Room. I’m a little late sharing (the challenge went live yesterday), but better late than never! I’m hoping having this done is the … More TMR 107 | You Colour My World | DIY
I am very excited to be able to announce that I am joining the Merry Monday Design Team as a Guest Designer for the rest of the year! I’m really looking forward to working alongside the wonderfully talented cardmakers that are on the DT. Given the name of my blog and my blogging name this … More Christmas Joy (With Video) – MM 255
A couple of days ago I mentioned that I had, unusually for me, started working on a card and then set it aside to make a different one instead. This is that card! I’d done all the colouring and stamping, but wasn’t sure what else I wanted to do with it. Today I got it … More Balloon Hugs
As I get myself back into the routine of making cards regularly, I’m trying to make life easier for myself with sweet and simple cards. Things that are not too time consuming to make. When I had the idea for this card I really wasn’t sure how it would turn out. I was a bit sceptical if I’m honest. But now that it’s done I actually think it worked very well!
Sometimes it is really difficult to come up with names for these cards… My reasoning behind the name for this card was the colour scheme for the butterfly. It seemed rather royal to me! In any case, naming aside I had a lot of fun making this card. And I do love the look of … More Royal Butterfly
I didn’t have a definite plan for this card when I got started with it. I knew in a very rough sense what I wanted to do – card with a channel with butterflies in – but beyond that I had no idea. It’s fun sometimes just to sit down and see where the creativity takes … More Butterfly Hugs
This card was put together in a bit of a rush. Today’s schedule went totally out of the window and I ended up having to make this quite last minute. There are bits of it I like and bits I don’t.
